Responsible for welcoming and greeting all guests in a prompt and efficient manner.
Responsible for managing all guest requests and queries courteously and promptly.
Responsible for all guest check-ins and check-outs. Responsible for verifying and processing all guest payments accurately.
Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
Previous Hotel experience in preferred.
Knowledge of Arabic knowledge is preferred.
Responsible for making sure that all guest rooms are kept clean and tidy according to the standards required by the Hotel.
Responsible for making sure that all guest’s rooms are stocked with the required amenities and items.
Responsible for reporting any damages and maintenance requirements to the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Executive Housekeeping Attendant.
Responsible for handling guest’s requests or complaints efficiently and positively.
To provide an efficient and friendly service to all guests in the Restaurant regarding all food and beverage.
Responsible for preparing and setting up the Restaurant ready for guests.
Responsible for assisting in all Room service , all outlets for food deliveries.
Take orders and make sure that food and beverage items are served to guest’s tables in an efficient manner.
Check menus to ensure they are current and presentable. Handle guest’s complaints and make sure that all complaints are reported to the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager.
